Spotlight: Hand Made History

While looking around the Man Cave I came across a post linking to Hand Made History. I instantly knew that these amazing pieces of scenery and miniatures would have to be exposed. They are just stunning...
Egypt
The temple at Dendera, dedicated to Hathor, belongs to the Ptolemaic era of Egypt. This was a time of foreign rulers, but who adopted Egyptian culture and religion.

Revered as a hero of Islam, Saladin united Arab forces and recaptured the holy city of Jerusalem from Christian Crusaders in the 12th century A.D
WWI - Western Front
Allies plan for 1916 was to launch simultaneous offensives on the Western, Eastern and Italian Fronts. In the West the region, the Somme was chosen for a joint French and British assault about mid-year. The necessity of relieving pressure on the French Army at Verdun remains, and is more urgent than ever.
Stalingrad
The task of clearing Stalingrad should have been left to the infantry and the tanks held as mobile reserve against the Soviet counter attacks.
