mX: Pesticides & Shrinking

Found this mX under a pile of university related material and decided to use the time-machine to put up two mX articles...
... A US study tracked the development of children living in the Salinas Valley farming region of California, after first testing their mothers for organophosphorous pesticides (OP) traces during pregnancy... Australian toxicology experts confirmed the OP-ADHD link. OP pesticides act by disrupting neurotransmitters, particularly acetylcholine, which play an important role in sustaining attention and short-term memory.

That isn't the only thing discovered...
The Moon is shrinking, with new high resolution images showing its surface is riddled with fault lines caused by geological stress... Marc Norma of the Australian National University's Planetary Science Institute said the shrinking is associated with the Moon gradually cooling since its birth.
