Vehicle Combat Resolution Bonuses...

Since I love all my Imaginary Friends I'm going to share this rules article posted by Big D from The Hogs of War. Simply put he explains when damage to a vehicle is applicable to combat resolution. So when is it applicable?
At the conclusion of a round of close combat against a vehicle there is no combat result...
- Warhammer 40K Big Red Book page 63
Each roll made on the Vehicle Damage table against a walker counts as a wound for the purpose of working out who won the combat.
- Warhammer 40K Big Red Book page 73
The emphasis was added by me to make it clear that ONLY walkers contribute to combat resolution. This means killing the Rhino or Chimera in close combat means diddly squat for combat resolution.
