Weekly Finds #26

Friday Quick Tip: Old School Cactus by Grey Death from The Painting Corps - Also take a look at this WiP of Grey Death's Proetus for his Son's of Medusa. Looks absolutely stunning and will be using him as a source of inspiration when I get around to painting my own Terminators... though obviously with black instead of the vibrant green.

The Case for Rules Lawyering by Danny Internets from Bald & Screaming - I'm of the opinion that Danny Internets should become the official spokes person for logic on the interwebz. Sadly such a position is not possible in an administration run by those who would bully the unclean masses into accepting a dice off.

Terminator Chaplain skull helmet by Ron from FTW - Not sure what to say I'll never be able to sculpt cables from green stuff... the helmet actually looks really good with the chaos torso.

Back to Basics: Beyond what the internet says lies the truth by fester from The Pinktastic Blog - Like most of fester's post this one is unpolished but still gets the point across... plus it is my first first. Look at the negative reaction it got *woot*

Painting Space Marine Librarian heraldry by Ron from FTW - There are dozens of guides on doing freehand, but it is always good to see how others go about it. This guide will come in handy for a 1989 Librarian in Terminator Armour that I recently got on eBay... so cool having something that old in my collection.

Release of the Leviathan Crusader by Mark Mondragon from Dream Forge-Games - If you don't like this you may want to consider not adding to the gene pool... I have heard whispers in the dark that Mark will be making a smaller version of the Leviathan Crusader that will match the GW Dreadknight in size.

The Tyrant Rises by nurgling6688 from The Bolter & Chainsword - This may get its own post in the future, but not today. Nurgling is responsible for some stunning miniatures including the Sons of Dorn. I particularly like his techmarine conversion... the conversion beamer looks great as do the servo arms.
