The effects he is pulling off with washes would work great for some nice table top standard miniatures. Skaven: Painting the Hell Pit Abomination by Jim Sowter and Nick Bayton from Games Workshop - This is probably one of the best tutorials put out there by Games Workshop so far. Especially as it shows how to paint such large areas of flesh.
Painting a Glowing Powerfist by Ron from FTW - Although this isn't a technique I plan to make use of in the Victorian Crusade, it is still one of those cool tutorials I wish I was able to pull off to a satisfactory level. The quality is on the same level as the guys from Massive Voodoo. I'm glad Grey Death pointed out this collection of useful tips... especially like the advice on brush stroke direction.
