I'm super excited about the up coming release of all new Tomb King miniatures despite having no interest at present in collecting a Fantasy army. They look cool, and like the Dark Eldar range, they fit in nicely with the established image of the background same cannot be said for the Dreadknight. The miniatures are also filled with loads of modelling potential. The entire range could be used for Thousand Son army... especially, with the release of the all psyker Grey Knights. Now, for any imaginary friends that have been living under a rock the past 24 or so hours, here are the new miniatures which can also be found on the GW website...
Seeing that beast makes me want to revisit Egypt... just looks stunning. As I mention on One Inch Warriors, I'm really hoping the torso is big enough to cover up the chest on the Dreadknight. Also hoping that the 'Eavy Metal team do a proper tutorial on how they painted the Warsphinx/Necrosphinx.
Don't know about the rest of the interwebz, but when I first took a look at the Sepulchral Stalkers my mind went to converting some Slaanesh styled medusa. Just need to replace the upper body with something suitable... suspect that it will be a conversion requiring a commission.
Bit strange only see three boxes being released for an updated army book, but this seems to becoming a trend with Games Workshop. Producing kits that can be used to create multiple unit entries. Just take a look at the Grey Knights. I suspect that there will be some Tomb King players who will sprinkle bits from this kit in with their rank and file miniatures to give some character.
If you want to see the White Dwarf pictures before next months magazine is released, than head over to Drinkin' and Modelin'. Remember boys and girls, don't drink and paint.

White Dwarf 376 April 2011 - Grey Knights
Inside this month's issue:
The Masters of Titan: In a round-table discussion with the sculptors of the new miniatures, Andy Hall unveils the Grey Knights in all their glory. Catching up with Codex author Mat Ward, Andy also discusses their origins and development.
Green Invasion: He's Back! Jeremy Vetock graces this issue with an in-depth look at the Waaaghs! of the Warhammer world, including some of the lesser-known, but equally destructive ones.
A New Alliance: Simon Grant discusses allies in War of the Ring, with ideas and practical advice on the pros and cons of seeking aid from beyond your borders.
Games Day & Golden Daemon 2010: Andy Hall is your guide on a tour of last year's Games Days from around the world, featuring a gallery of all the Slayer Sword winners and highlights from each event.
A Light in the Grim Darkness: This month's battle report pits the noble Grey Knights against the insidious Chaos Daemons. Kevin Chin honours his sworn duty to hunt down and defeat Tom Hutchings' daemonic incursion on the planet of Skyraak.
Standard Bearer: In this month's issue Jervis takes a look at the heart-rending part of games development, which he refers to 'Murdering Your Darlings'. This is a simple mantra that can be just as appropriate for army lists and fanfiction. However, some might say that Codex: Dark Angels and Codex: Chaos Space Marines got the short end of the stick as a result of this mantra.
'Eavy Metal: A showacase of the new Grey Knights by 'Eavy Metal.
Citadel Hall of Fame: In this month's issue Alan Merret nominates Aly's Dwarf Daemon Slayer. I can actually remember thinking how ridiculous those miniatures looked. But in a good way. Dave Thomas' Garagrim Ironfist has to be my favourite of the range. Being naked makes him the most ridiculous of all the Slayers.
Modelling Workshop: Grey Knights: Matt Holland and Chad Mierzwa show you ow to get the best poses for each of your Grey Knight squads, as well as demonstrating how to paint them.
Army Workshop: Flesh Tearers: Hobby masters Duncan Rhodes and Nick Bayton unveil their new Flesh Tearers army for all to see. This includes a four step guide on how Duncan went about painting the army.

Forge World: Newsletter 269
Despite having no intentions of starting a new army, I am super excited about all the Eldar attention by Forge World. Especially the corsair conversion kit featured in the latest newsletter...
Hi there,
With only a few days left before we throw wide our doors for the 2011 Forge World Open Day, we can now confirm four more fantastic pre-release items that will be on sale at the event, including the first Forge World Realm of Battle Gameboard expansion tile! Can get details about the open day on the BnC andWarseer. Records of Warseer have been expunged due to evidence of corruption.
Pre-Release Kits on sale at the Forge World Open Day
Realm of Battle Gameboard Imperial Strongpoint Expansion
An exciting new addition to Forge World’s finely detailed resin scenery range is the Imperial Strongpoint Expansion. Designed for use with the Citadel Realm of Battle Gameboard, this 2' by 2' tile is a superbly detailed fortified stronghold that will make a great feature for armies to fight over in your Warhammer 40,000 battles. It looks cool... may be a purchase for the future.
Comprising a power generator, two reinforced defensive positions, dragons-teeth tank traps and huge, armoured blast doors dug into a central hill, the Imperial Strongpoint Expansion is cast from a hollow resin as durable and sturdy as the plastic Realm of Battle Gameboard tiles available from the main Games Workshop range.
Perfect for representing critical objectives such as a command and control facility, or a fortified artillery pit, the Imperial Strongpoint can be used in games of Planetstrike as a unique Bastion or to represent a huge variety of stratagems, strategic assets and other rules in Battle Missions, games of Apocalypse and other Warhammer 40,000 battles, not to mention the Games Day Armies on Parade competition.
Exclusively available at the Forge World Open Day on Sunday 3rd April, prior to its main release date later this year, the Realm of Battle Imperial Strongpoint, designed by Stuart Williamson, costs £60. Given that the rather plain extensions for the Realm of Battle Board costs 56 pounds, this is a fairly reasonable price when you consider the detail on it.

Weekly Finds #22
The interwebz has been rather quite this week with the lead up to Adepticon. However, due to having no uni for the week was able to spend more time than usual hunting suitable posts. Below is the collection of what I was able to find...
New Game Board In Progress by LuckyNo.5 from Eye of Error - Can I just say wow... not only does this game board look stunning. But take a look at the rest of LuckyNo.5's collection of terrain pieces. His Hall of Judges is something I especially like. And then when you have done that take a look at his miniatures. His entire collection is just stunning. I swear I'm not jealous...
