Theory has it that the Land Avenger is a cross between land Raider and predator. My own thoughts are that it is an upsized version of the Land Speeder. Speculations are that Black Templars are going to be folded back into Codex: Space Marines. The other theory is that Black Templars and Salamanders will be getting back together again like in Codex: Armageddon. Or it is all lies and we will keep our own precious Codex: Black Templars.

If these rumours are to be believed it looks like there will be a total of SIX
SoB, Tau, Eldar, Space Marines, Black Templars AND Orks codices released in this time released schedule... something that goes against Games Workshops regular pattern. However, the Chaos Daemons White Dwarf update suggests that Games Workshop is moving towards a more organic approach to rules updates. We may see new units without a supporting codex. This would force players to buy White Dwarf in ordered to get the rules or
wait until the hope rules become available on GW website.

Looks like there will be even MAWR! Space Marine haters with another flyer and a new Land Raider variation. My guess it is an Iron Hand variation in the same way that the
Land Raider Acres is a Dark Angel Variation. Plus it looks like the very out dated Space Marine Tactical box set will be updated to match the quality AND quantity of the other Space Marine Kits.
