Weekly Finds #50

Liquid Green Stuff Review by Sandwyrm from the back 40k - This review has got me curious on how effective Liquid Green Stuff [LGS] is. From what I have read on the interwebz it needs to be thinned if any plans on using it. And from what Sandwyrm has said it has a lot of potential.

Thunderhawk: Grinding the Engines by Garfy from Stahly's Tale of Painters - This entire series by Garfy has been great. It shows off some useful tools and techniques on preparing a resin kit... which I'm sure would be useful for hobbyists who are entering the waters of large resin kits for the first time.

Threat Ranges by Kirby from the Pinktastic Blog - I hate Hive Guards... got the most annoying threat ranges even though they only have a range of 24". The fact they don't need line of sight and a decent strength gun makes them deadly to light mech.

Six Steps for Sculpting Shoulderpad Icons by Ron from FTW - Ron has talked about the importance of doing green stuff work in steps. But it is great to see an example of this... particularly on the curved surface of shoulder pad. Has anyone else noticed I like to use the word particularly a lot?
